Article Galaxy Scholar demo

Article Galaxy Scholar provides rapid, on-demand access to journal articles that fall outside a library’s existing subscriptions. Designed to sit between immediate full-text access and traditional interlibrary loan, the service can be integrated with library discovery tools, link resolvers, and resource-sharing workflows.

During the session, Hayley will provide a live demonstration of the platform and discuss how libraries are using Article Galaxy Scholar alongside subscriptions and interlibrary loan. There will also be time for attendee questions.

Minitex is also exploring whether sufficient interest among participating libraries could support preferred consortium pricing for Article Galaxy Scholar. Libraries interested in the service are encouraged to attend the demonstration and share their level of interest with Minitex.
