In this session we will highlight where to access and how to view statistics for your library. As well, Springshare is implementing an authentication process for all accounts. Group Administrators were required to set up an authentication option by July of this year with rollout to all Springshare accounts by December, 2025. Have you moved all your accounts to an authentication process? We will walk through the steps to ensure your setup is complete. Finally, this summer the 24/7 Coop Managers have implemented a new model for participation and staffing the Global Coop Queues. Find out more about the new model and how this will affect your library.
Both sessions (Nov. 11 & Nov. 13) will cover the same content, so you only need to register for the time that best fits your schedule. Recordings will be made available through the AskMN Google Group.
