Connecting All Minnesotans: Be Part of the Digital Opportunity Planning Process

Digital opportunity means everyone has technology options that work for them. In November 2021, Congress passed the Digital Equity Act, appropriating $2.75 billion to help Americans access technology. To receive this funding, each state needs to develop a digital opportunity plan.  

One way for you to shape Minnesota’s plan is by attending a digital opportunity listening session. Just bring your thoughts about access to the internet, access to devices, digital skills, and Minnesota’s digital future.
