The Minnesota Digital Library (MDL) wants to help Minnesota organizations with implementation of the standardized rights statements available from for their archival collections. These statements make it easier to understand the copyright status of individual items, and reduce uncertainty around potential uses. In addition to our training events on the topic, we are offering monthly Open Office Hours, where MDL contributors and others can come and ask any questions they have relating to assigning rights statements to their collection. The third of these will happen on Wednesday, May 12th at 10:00 am. This event is free and open to the public. Please join us!
