There will be an introduction to the different tools and standards used in NACO authority work. Then, we will explore how the NACO Principles and Parameters guides authority work, bibliographic file maintenance, and decision making around NARs (Name Authority Records). Finally, we will try to understand how RDA theory impacts authority work with examples and exercises to deepen our understanding.
