The University of Minnesota Libraries' Enhancing Quality Staff symposium provides a forum for library paraprofessional and support staff to learn about a range of timely professional topics, share ideas and experiences with peers, enhance skills with continuing education, and work toward personal wellbeing.

EQS is specially designed for library paraprofessionals and support staff. EQS is presented by the University of Minnesota Libraries and Minitex, and has been on hiatus since 2020. It is a wonderful opportunity to connect with colleagues from across the library community, to learn, and to have fun in a beautiful setting.

Program

The program begins at 8:30 a.m. (Central Time) with a welcome and keynote presentations, followed by breakout sessions. Lunch (11:30-12:45) and refreshments will be provided throughout the day.  The day will conclude at 4:30 p.m.

More information can be found on the EQS website.
