For the past few weeks, Minitex referral processing staff have been on-site processing a backlog of returns as well as requests that had been stuck in the pipeline when we shut down services.
If you are currently collecting returned materials from your patrons, please continue to send them our way. We understand that, with the long delay, some items may have missing paperwork. Please supply as much information as you can with these items as it will help us get the item back to the lending library that much quicker.
