As part of the new RFP contract negotiations, access to Britannica Original Sources and Merriam-Webster Dictionary was discontinued due to cost considerations and low usage of these resources.
Please note that Merriam-Webster is still available as a searchable dictionary within Britannica Academic, located at the bottom of the Britannica Academic home page, and primary source documents from Britannica Original Sources will still be included in the Britannica articles that refer to them.
