Cataloging for the Future: a Panel Discussion

Libraries are facing a change in how they acquire, distribute, and preserve information. Many organizations find themselves becoming custodians of digital objects rather than owners of physical items. Colleagues from several Minnesota libraries will discuss how their institutions are handling the challenges involved in this change, from managing metadata to providing inclusive access to preserving access for the long term.

Register now to hear these colleagues as well as Jean Godby of OCLC Research, and join us for lunch to continue the morning's conversations.
