Last October, we launched the Minitex Value Proposition (MVP) reports—a customized dashboard designed to show exactly how your partnership with us translates into measurable savings and service impacts.

What’s in the report?

These reports go beyond basics to highlight the specific benefits your library receives through collaboration. Inside your library’s personalized report, you can find data points such as:

• Direct Cost Savings: See how much your library saved through Minitex Cooperative Purchasing.
• Resource Sharing Stats: Review the volume of items moved through Minitex Delivery to get materials into your patrons' hands.
• Professional Development Engagement: Track your staff's participation in the many opportunities we offer each year—most of which are provided cost-free.

How to access your data

Your report is ready and waiting. You can view it in just three steps:

1. Log in to MyMinitex (if you don’t have one yet, you can create an account in moments)
2. Navigate to your library’s landing page
3. Click the "Reports" tab

Your participation in the Minitex network is a wise investment of time and resources. These reports are our way of validating that investment and helping you tell your library’s story more effectively.
