Managing conflict is an essential part of effective management and being an effective manager. This webinar will discuss the various types and causes of conflict within the workplace and effective tools and strategies to both pre-empt, as well as manage conflict effectively.

- Describe workplace conflict and why it occurs
- Apply strategies to mitigate, address, and prevent conflict
