Register for ELM

Within a few business days of submitting the registration form, vendors will contact you via email with your account information. After receiving these email messages, you may set up access to the databases.

Please note that your library or media center does not need to register for NetLibrary. NetLibrary is available to all Minnesota residents through the MnLINK gateway. Access is IP authenticated within your library building. Remote access is available by entering a public library bar code.
